1. Where do we ship from?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our warehouse. We ship internationally to most countries worldwide via EMS (Express Mail Service), a trusted international postal carrier available in over 180 countries.

After your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and quality check before dispatch.

3. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your EMS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time on the official EMS website or any major parcel tracking platform. Please note that tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after dispatch.
4. Customs & duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
We have no control over customs processing times, which may extend overall delivery timelines.
5. Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the dispatch date, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue with EMS and offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.
